TASTES has selected our wines to offer you a complete experience of both varietals and
nationalities. Many of our selections are boutique from lesser known vineyards with small
production runs. Where you find a familiar vintner's name, you will more than likely experience
a selection from among their reserve or unique offerings.
TASTES has a unique perspective on wine, that is that all wines here should be available by the
glass at some point or another. This means that we rotate our "By The Glass" offerings every 2-3
weeks so that you may have a different experience each time you visit.
Our flights will offer you guided tours into the nuances of both varietals and countries. We will
strive to bring you selections that make sense. Every month we introduce new wines that will
enhance our existing list and round out the flight specials.
This same philosophy extends to all our beverage selections including our beers, classic cocktails,
cordials, and scotches. We hope that our choices provide you both enjoyment and an education.
